We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
  • Supply necessary materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all provided content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.

4. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Project work will commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit or payment.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mawj Aljamal Technology LLC retains the right to:

  • Use project work in its portfolio.
  • Display completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Retain ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, code libraries, and development methodologies.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent unless required by law.

7. Website & Software Maintenance

Unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement:

  • Ongoing updates, enhancements, and support are not included after project completion.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining hosting accounts, domain registrations, and third-party subscriptions.

Maintenance services may be provided under separate support agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mawj Aljamal Technology LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Data loss caused by third-party systems, hosting providers, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party software, plugins, APIs, hosting services, or platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages.
  • Changes in third-party pricing.
  • Compatibility issues arising from third-party updates.
  • Third-party terms, policies, or actions.

10. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for planning purposes only.

Project schedules may be affected by:

  • Client approval delays.
  • Scope changes.
  • Third-party dependencies.
  • Technical or unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timelines.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately payable.
  • Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
  • Deliverables will only be transferred after full payment has been received.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting client and visitor information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

Mawj Aljamal Technology LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
